Yogi Kids offers yoga and fitness classes for kids ages 4 years old and up. Choose from preschool & evening classes, after school programs at local elementary schools, special needs classes, preschool PE programs, home school classes and more. Yogi Kids Founder and certified kids yoga instructor, Liza Doll says, “Before my daughters came along, I taught elementary school and loved it. As women we often get caught up in the ideal body. Mom and Dad take a class (currently over 40 adult classes are being offered), while junior takes her/his own class. Everyone is happy! Summer Class Passes are back! Buy 1 pass for the whole family = $5 classes for all! If you prefer, come take a class while the kids are in school. They have convenient classes that begin at 8:15am, right after elemetary drop-off and continue throughout the day. See the schedule here. Fit Family classes are great for beginners to advanced. Each instructor teaches the moves at beginner level then offers a modification for more advanced students. What I love about this is it means there’s no need to feel intimidated if you are new to a class! The new studios of Yogi Kids/Fit Family are beautiful and conveniently located next door to the Flower Mound Public Library. |
